The National Outdoor Show will be held February 24th and 25th 2017.
The doors will open at 5: 00 p.m. on Friday, February 24th and at 10:00
a.m on Saturday, February 25th. (There is no set time to leave on either of
This packet is being sent to all exhibitors, along with directions to the
site and event schedules/timeframes.
The fee to exhibit at our show is $25.00 for two (2) 6′ tables (which
will be provided) or a 12′ space with or without electric.
Set up times for your display will be Friday, February 24h from
9:00 a.m. until 4: 00 p.m. Anytime within these hours someone will
assist you. Two (2) exhibitors badges will be at your posted area.

When you arrive to set up your display, you will be given a tag to be put
on your car’s dash. This will allow you to park in the side parking area,
where only exhibitors will be allowed. (Others will be asked to leave.)
Overnight security is provided.
No selling of raffles will be allowed in the exhibitor’s area.
If you are interested in attending and being a part of our show, please
fill out the attached sheet and mail, along with your check or money order,
to me, NO LATER than February 6, 2017 at the following address.
